Hi Alfie - It seems okay but you need two pelvis joints (stacked on top of each other) if you haven't done that already - Its hard to tell from your images. One pelvis joint for the chain going up the spine to the head and one for the chain going into the body. The two joints sit on top of each other without being connected. That happens when you add controls. Take a look at the year 1 rigging tutorials (rigging 101), even though its a human the tech is the same.
