I think 23 and 24 are working out of this set. Based on Phil's feedback on the last set of character designs I used the backwards cap to create an American type tourist. I like the idea that the camera would be the Carbons arms in the way it moves, suggesting the arms. I also think having the Carbon atom on the back of the cap would help to communicate to the audience that this character is a Carbon atom without confusing them.
I like 23... and while I understand the camera (I guess to take the photos we might see later in the film?) I don't think we need to see it as part of the character because the broad context of the film will tells us that he's a tourist right - but yes, including the symbol on the front/back of the hat.
